Rules
Entry forms can be obtained, completed, and paid for at TDEC, 911 S. Gordon St, Alvin TX 77511.
Tray pick up: Friday, June 19th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at UVC Powersports, 2616 Highway 35, Alvin TX 77511.
Turn in: Saturday June 20th, from 3:00pm-3:30pm at UVC Powersports, 2616 Highway 35, Alvin TX 77511.
You will be able to drive through and drop off your entry or you may park and deliver to the table yourself.
UVC Powersports will be having activites for the whole family all day long.
Category 1 (Chicken) – Turn in will be 1/2 chicken with leg and thigh intact and uncut as well as wing intact and uncut with skin on both pieces. Breast will be sliced and placed in container with leg, thigh, and wing. No garnish may be used.
Category 2 (Ribs) Turn in will consist of 9 (nine) St. Louis style ribs in the tray. No garnish may be used.
